Although I've just begun using Faxage I like everything about it especially the price. I don't receive alot of faxes but not having to have a dedicated fax number is a real cost savings. I also had a question regarding nuisance faxes that was imediately answered by the support group. Keep up the good work.

I've used other fax services in the past but this is absolutely the best.

I checked into some free services, but didn't feel the security was there. I don't fax hardly at all, but good to have the service available. Since I no longer have a landline, this service is ideal for me. The costs seemed fair too.
I wouldn't have a problem recommending this to others that need this type of service.

We have used Faxage for close to three years. The length of service and scores above, (all tens) say it all. It's a no-brainer. Use faxage... you'll be glad that you did.

I have only used this a couple of times since I just signed on, but believe I am really going to like the convenience and ease of use. Also great pricing.

I fax only occasionally.... this fax service is awesome for my needs. No more driving somewhere to fax. I wish I had signed up for this service a long time ago. I would have saved gas money and money spent faxing... and the frustration of having to drive somewhere to send a fax.

I used the on-line features for faxing, and the documents upload quickly. I then send out my fax. The process was fast and in no time I received a confirmation e-mail that my fax pages were delivered. I usually don't fax, however, they are reasonable in pricing and their fax system in suitable.

Faxage is so much better than paper... we have to scan in all of our documents anyway, so not having to scan incoming faxes is great. Not to mention the security features can't be beat for the price. We don't have that many faxes a month, so the price point is fantastic.

As an IT professional for 10+ years I have been very happy with the quality of this product. We needed an internet fax service with the ability of password protecting the pdfs emailed out. Lots of internet fax services exist but very few offer this feature for an affordable price. User interface is easy to understand and setting up the account was quick and easy.

I can't live without faxage. I have been using this for years now and cannot believe how amazing the service is. Email to fax and fax to email is such a breeze, and with all the terrific functionalities that faxage provides, there is indisputably nothing out there that comes even close.

Customer support is also incredible. I recently requested some major reshuffling of lines and while I would have understood if they wanted to ignore or excuse themselves, they really took time to satisfy my needs. That was very much appreciated. Thanks faxage. You guys rock.

I only require occasional fax capabilities - Faxage is the most economical, most reliable service for me. I wanted a toll-free number for my clients to fax to - check!
I wanted to receive incoming faxes via email - check!
I wanted to spend the bare minimum per month - $3.49! Check, check!

After your profile is set-up its just a matter of completing the cover sheet and uploading your files. I loved getting a confirmed response that I could file for reference. Thanks! Great service.

It was the middle of the night and I had to get a fax out from my computer. I signed up in minutes for under $5. Four minutes later my fax was sent! Easy signup and the starter level is very reasonable.

Excellent service at an unbelievable price! Somebody has finally designed a pricing system that works for the broad range of fax usage. It works for those who seldom use a fax to those who fax as a primary staple of their business. Great Job

This service is very easy in which to enroll and to use. The site is extremely responsive in terms of sending the fax and sending responses. Not only that the price is excellent. I am only an occasional user so the basic plan is more than adequate. The only feature that I would like to have is to be able to review a fax before it is sent and to review any sent fax. Reviewing may be possible but it was not terribly obvious to me. This is onl a minor inconvenience for me. Overall, I am extremely positive and would highly recommend FAXAGE.
