Previously I was using Xchangetelecom and could send no more than 3 pages at a time. With Faxage I was able to send a 10-page fax.

This is fax app quick, easy to use and reliable. I have tried over 5 different fax services through other companies and so glad I found Faxage. It is affordable, and works very properly. I have informed my friends and family, a few of them have already had it for years and trust Faxage. No spam, or rejected ones by accident. It’s super easy to send files or photos as a fax. It’s so understand how it operates and how save a fax I received to my phone as a PDF file. Thank you!

Hey! I have been using Faxage for the last month, and I have been very satisfied with the whole system. It is user friendly for me who is technologically challenged. I gave the lower star rating on customer satisfaction, only because I have yet to use it, which isn't a bad problem to have either. I hope this review helps!

When I started my solo practice as a therapist, I wasn't sure I would need a fax service. When I found myself in rather urgent need, I did my very-quick research and made a decision to go with a different company. What a disaster!
Thankfully, as I was reeling from that other company letting me down, I found Faxage. The set-up was seamless and so fast! And they responded immediately to my request for a BAA so my faxes could be HIPAA compliant.
Faxage met all my needs and then some! And I'm so grateful to have found them.

I could not figure out how to change the service to a different plan that was needed. Customer service was responsive and changed it for me without any problems.

After trying to make changes to ISPs and Voice Service and being disappointed repeatedly, I found Faxage. Signing up was shockingly easy, porting instructions were clear and Faxage staff guided me through the process in each step. I am now so in love with the ability to get and receive any faxes without wasting toner and paper. No more spam faxes wasting my resources. And best of all, Faxage is an all US company. No overseas customer service that is unclear and has no accountability. Lately it seems nothing works well but Faxage hit it out of the park just by doing what they said they would do and making it easy.

Faxage came recommended to me from other Cash Pay PTs as a convenient option to be able to fax hippa compliant records. It seems comparable to SR fax but the plan was more affordable for my usage so like having the ability to fax without having to have a landline fax machine at such a low rate.

After about 3 days of intense research in choosing the best and CHEAPEST online Fax service, I made the decision to use Foxage. The monthly rate is very cheap, the user interface is easy to use, the fax always goes through and is received, and I get the notifications. I am very happy with the service and will be recommending to my peers in the business world,
