The value could not be better, especially for the "lite" user.

So far, so good. I like the price. Way cheaper than stamps for the amount of faxing I use. The software gives fax confirmation in .pdf format if you need it.

I don't write reviews but Faxage saved my behind when our previous provider (MetroFax) changed systems without notice and removed their security features.

They had a great combination of easy of use, security, and price. The price was so good we were able to get a separate fax line for everyone on our technical support team (6 people). Customer support was amazing, my phone call was answered after a few rings and my several emails were responded to in less than 10 minutes! Their website is easy to navigate and their features are well thought out. I have only been with them for a week so I can't attest to their long term reliability but so far so good. The thing that really sold me was the vast array of security measures and being able to attach unlimited emails to the account. My sole negative is that they don't do international faxing, just US and Canada, which for us wasn't a deal breaker.

I was looking for a fax service I could use for a few months while I was contacting medical providers. I used myFax for a while, and it seemed like a scam. I could rarely send faxes and never dared to test receiving them. Trying to cancel the service reminded me of trying to cancel AOL back in the 90's. You can't do it online. You have to call and plead with them. I was using the trial service and the customer service lady - very nice but had a thick Indian accent - kept offering to extend the trial by 30 days. I wasn't even able to get a number in my local area code and I live in the state capital of Virginia.

Okay, enough about the competition.

FAXAGE has a very plain interface, but it is fast and works reliably. Faxes send quickly and receiving works great. The price is extremely fair, even for a person who only temporarily needs service. I looked at the documentation and there is a TON of it for people looking to program against an API, which is nice.

I give this service a solid 32 out of 7 stars or four and a half thumbs up.

I was up and running within minutes. It took the phone company longer to answer my call than it did to set up the entire workflow with Faxage.

When you receive your first fax and say, "ha, what do you know" that's when you start being amazed at how easy setting up this product was!

Great Fax service, better and more affordable than most of their competitors.

After being gouged by Kinkos I decided to try online faxing, I could not be more pleased by the service.

Very reliable, never down for me in ~4-yrs, switched from the other guys after they gouged my pricing after I beta tested for them for years, so I said bye-bye, switched to Faxage, should have long ago...

I've only use the service once to send a fax and it was great! Quick and easy. I plan on using it as my fax for my business.

I particularly enjoy the customer service. Very helpful, and ON THIS CONTINENT! I switched because FAXAGE is HIPAA compliant, and I can be HIPAA compliant too, at an amazingly reasonable cost.

I get to it when I get to it. And when it's finshed, it likely needs to faxed. That's when I depend on Faxage at a good price.

I have used web-based faxing for years. My prior service was very limited in coversheet manipulation and had no real customer support. Faxage offers a real ability to organize my often used facsimile contact numbers into lists and gave me the option of sending a document as an attachment or incorporated into the body of the coversheet. When I had a problem adding a disclaimer to my coversheet, the customer service was rapid and helped me understand the procedure. Regarding cost - this service is very competitive. It was priced less than the service I had used for the past 7 years. I highly recommend it.

Just what I need, when I need it and at a price I needed.

I was delighted to find this online resource. Very adequate for my needs and I've already told both friends and family about their services.

I use Faxage because it is HIPAA compliant. I deal with PHI so this is key. Great job so far! I was filled with questions about the company and their program and Faxage was very patient and answered my questions completely. I Highly Recommend them.

We have a small office and consequently only have a few faxes per month. But they are VERY important contracts and need to be done in a timely manner. Our existing service didn't have a graduated fee for monthly service, so we found Faxage and we use their lowest fee which is saving us about 75% off our prior service. I had our clients to send several test faxes, and everything works perfectly. Easy to figure out how to use and you pay for what you use. I haven't called customer support yet, so I can't comment on that. Good decision for us.
