FAXAGE Review Hot

I rarely send faxes. Because of this I cannot give a proper, effective grade yet. However, so far, It's great. Since analog machine konked and hi-speed connection would not function well with a new analog fax, I researched diligently the efax offerings. Price and ease of use, not wanting to fry my brain on another computer learning curve, were excellent with Faxage. Snappy, simple functionality makes a difference. Customer service does not patronize or rush off the phone. Rather they were attentive and concerned. Supplied excellent pre-sales advice and information. Other fax services offer more bells and whistles along with higher prices. I know my ratings may appear presumptuous, but for what I need in a fax service, this is it.

We are a new business and must fax project proposals to multiple contractors. The product was so easy to use, I didn't have to look for instructions. All of our faxes were successfully sent and we received fax replies in our email. I did turn of the email notification feature, since its easier to look at the status page, and I'm trying to cut down on unnecessary emails. Would efinately recommend this to others.

I am 100% satisfied with this service. I do not need a FAX machine, and I can send FAXes anywhere from my Outlook, all I need is just pay for the outgoing FAX.

I have only used the service once so far, so I canot give a recommendation on all the features yet.
But I can say I was trying to fax my first document which was very important and had an error come up. I was contacted by customer service late at night by email and my problem was fully taken care of...great customer service.

Does just what I need, with several ways to get faxes, and good value. Support was helpful when needed.

I absolutely LOVE IT !

Exactly what I was looking for and easy to use. Would give all 10's if we could log in with ID and Pwd only. Don't see any reason for some random 'Company' number as part of log in - that's just one more log in item I will never remember.

No rating on support since I havent needed it.

I switched to Faxage from a more expensive service and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend it.

I just started, and was pleasantly surprised to get personal email service the same night I asked a question (apparently I needed to include my company number in the log-in process). I've tried a test fax, and it came though immediately as an email to me. So far, couldn't ask for more.

I did extensive research on eFaxing and Faxage was not only the cheapest but they really know there stuff. I have spoken to customer service many times and the first person to answer was able to answer all my questions without seeking a supervisor. What a rare treat. They don't have the best eye candy on the website but they focus their resources where it counts, on a robust, reliable product. I was concerned about any downtime during the transition but it was seamless. We do a lot of faxing and minimal downtime is critical. I do not regret moving to Faxage in any way. Great product. I wish more companies did one thing and did it well.

I just signed up Faxage.com and i can use rightway easy to use features no need to learn send and recive fax great affordable plan any one can fit in, and lower price then competetor.

Faxage has great service. I sent an email to customer service about questions I had before I decided to buy their service, and I received a response the same day. Customer Service answers the questions I had so that I could make my decision. After I saw the response time I got back from Customer Service, I made my choice to use Faxage. Easy and quick. Never a problem. I would like to see more options for customizing cover sheets, but overall an excellent service.

I needed to receive a fax immediately and didn't have access to a fax machine. I signed up quickly and was ready to receive my fax right away. I really appreciated the ease of this. My only complaint (which is directed at all efax services in general) was that there was no option to pay a one-time fee to receive a fax. I don't really need a monthly contract, and I would have much appreciated just signed up and paying a one-time fee to receive the fax.

Having been using FAXAGE for 5 months now and it has been great. We are able to send and receive faxes simultaneously unlike the old fax model which would tie up the line if you wanted to send or receive. Their service is awesome. We were having problems with faxes not being successfully sent to one of our customers and FAXAGE changed some baud/timing settings and now faxes do not have to be resent. Would recommend them in a heart beat. We use the Toll-Free business package, ported our number of successfully, and everything has been smooth sailing.
