Wow, this is by far the best Internet Faxing service, period. The customer service is awesome and quick to respond. I had internet fax service up and running in no time. I also needed to add a second virtual number to my account which has to be added by support group. They again responded quickly and my new virtual number was added instantaneously.
Service is full of features and best of all they are easy to use. Integration with MS Outlook was a breeze to setup, very clear instructions.
Faxes are processed quickly and on time.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone out there.

It works every time I needed it to! That is impressive! I had join another fax service that didn't do well and was very angry with their sorry services! First I was impressed by the multiple features of the system: user account management (not limited to 5 accounts), document management, including archiving and transmission details, formatting and security. I have had so much trouble with my current fax co which I have only been using for 2 months. Prior to that, it was even worse. Great solution instead of needing a working fax machine at home. My all-in-one printer went out and I really need an incoming fax. I didn't need to print the fax, just forward it. I bought this service and in less than five minutes I had my first fax, already in a pdf the way I needed it and it came to my smartphone! I threw away my all-in-one and bought a twenty dollar printer.

Although I just got started a couple days again, everything has worked flawlessly.

Support emails related to API issues were answered immediately with thorough, relevant answers.

We travel often and never to the same place twice. This gives us a reliable, confidential manner to have important information sent to us by health care providers who by will not provide information by phone or email.

I use fax "ON NEED" basis & like the service provided by Fax age.
it would be better if they could improve the scanned image quality more (it is good now but could be better).
Price is good too & so is the speed. Worth trying their service.

I used Faxage to receive an important fax from the IRS the other day. After trying 2 other online fax services that could not transmit the document, I found Faxage's website refreshingly clean, simple and easy to use - no tutorials or extra software needed! They processed my incoming fax efficiently and gave an unambiguous alert message when it arrived. Their site provided a good amount of detail about the transmission, and this helped assure me that things were working correctly. Excellent price for the service, I compared dozens of others before settling on this one. Used to use a free service that has since started charging. I had some questions about this service, so emailed support, and got the usual "We'll respond in 1 business day" that you usually get from people. Got their response to my question THREE MINUTES LATER.

We've only used it a couple times so far, but so far, so good. Couldn't find any other service that offered as much for the price.

We just signed up but so far we think it is great. We were able to let go one phone line which will be a good savings.

Have used it twice and so far it has worked well. The price seems reasonable and I will continue with the product for now.
