We used a compeitor for about a year. They were OK, but support was non existant and reliability suffered more and more each month.

We switched to Faxage and couldn't possibly be happier.

Their customer support is top notch - they apologized to me the other day for taking 90 minutes to reply to a non-urgent email.

Their pricing is excellent for our needs (we are 100% send only) - I believe it to be the cheapest around.

Overall it was an excellent move and I wish we'd been using Faxage from the beginning.

I rarely fax anymore. Most of my docs are scanned PDF and emailed. With the occasional incoming fax I need a inexpensive service. Set up was very simple and straight forward. My first sent/recieve fax was also very simple. I believe this service is cost effective and just what I was looking for.

Faxage.com is the BEST service you could get for internet faxing. Their ease of use is unbelievable. If you want to incorporate the fax feature in your own site, they even give you full API documentation! Customer Service is by far the BEST! And I mean what I say. I sent out a question and not even 30 mins. later I received a full response! Their customer support definately goes the extra mile to help! I have reviewed other services and faxage.com blows all of their competition out of the water! Faxage gives you more bang for your buck.....and then some! What more can you ask for?

I have been using Faxage.com for a short time. I have had no problems with customer service. they are fast and responsive to every question that I have had. the service is easy to use and very flexible. With the cost of ownership verses using this online site, there is no comparison. I would definitely recommend Faxage.com to anyone. Great price, great service, and great product in my opinion.

I have really enjoyed using faxage. I have been with them for a little over a year. I do very little faxing to or from but when I someone needs to fax to me I always get my fax.

The price is right for me also, it is very low.

Not sure how well they work for high volume stuff but they have been great for our small office.

I don't fax a lot, so I wanted a service that didn’t charge a high monthly fee. Faxage was the answer, and, I found good reviews about them when doing some on-line research. After using it for a year now, it is clear to me that it would be an excellent choice if one faxed a lot! It is easy to understand and use; I can’t think of any function that it is lacking.

On-line faxing is SO incredibly convenient, hassle free, and private. And, what you receive via your email and print, looks so much better than what comes out of a fax machine.

I especially like that you can get your faxes from anywhere there is access to a computer. If you were traveling and got a fax via Faxage from someone who needed an answer, you could completely handle it from your computer—no need to even print anything unless it needed signed, and PDF offers a way to affix your signature.

Almost everyone has a scanner, making it a piece of cake if you receive a document via Faxage that needs signed, notarized, and returned—just print the document, sign/have notarized, scan it back to your computer, fax to person who needs it. You will have a copy of the fax on your computer as well as Faxage if you wish. I love having a copy of everything on my computer for safe keeping (and I have an excellent on-line back-up service).

I have only had to call Faxage a couple times, and that was in the beginning when I had a couple questions about some functions. Anyway, I got SOMEONE I COULD UNDERSTAND, and was courteous and knowledgeable.

The only reason I rate satisfaction at a 8 is because you don't have a cost effective plan for a VERY LITE user. I need a fax line periodically and would be willing to pay more for a "per minute" rate versus a flat monthly fee. I don't always use it every month. It sometimes would be cheaper fr me to cancel uyour service and resign up when I have a fax requirement. Can't you come up with a per minute rate for very lw users such as myself?

I got lucky. I found Faxage before committing to those other internet fax providers. Faxage is more price competetive and has all of the features I need. I've never lost a fax so I can't say that I've contacted support for more than requesting their API samples and documentation.

I have been a loyal Faxage customer for years and I'm hoping to convert another company soon.

I don't send or receive FAX's that often, but when I do I'm extremely pleased with being able to do it using my PC. With my old phone based FAX, and a single residential line, I needed to be present when receiving a FAX, in order to press the FAX button on my HP AOI printer. I can now read my FAX's from my email at my leisure, and without being present to accept them. Best of all, I was able to cancel my long distance service on my land-line, since our long distance needs are now met with our cell phones. Faxage is a PLUS-PLUS for our family. Thanks

This is my first time using the online fax services so I can't compare with another company. Faxage is great, easy and reliable. I didn't need to have customer support so far... and that is great.
I recommended this service to some friends.

I have never had any trouble with this service! You get a local phone number, you can send and receive via e-mail and if there's a problem with sending, you get a notice instantly.

Add to it the fact that it costs less than $4/month and you have something completely unbeatable.

I will never buy a fax machine again! (Let alone a phone line for it!)

I wish I could rate them higher. I moved over from a higher priced Online Fax service and I was hesitant but I have used all aspects of this service - Faxing, Receiving faxes, Options like accounts, Lists etc, and contacting Customer Support (via email and phone call). Faxage has not disappointed yet. Who knew you could find this kind of service, reliability and features at this cost! Keep it up - you have a long time customer.

Easy to use. Affordable and Reliable. Tracks incoming and outgoing fax with time/date details. Ability to file fax to specific folders for later review. Highly recommend and have referred the service to other associates.

Your service and reliability are fantastic. Compared to any other service on the net you're all 10's. I would like to see greater local number coverage and maybe a little easier to get a hold of someone by phone - I would even be willing to pay a little more for those features as I am certainly getting exceptional value for what I am currenty paying.

It just works. It occurs to me that I never think about it and that's good. I am a low volume user and have compared various available services; they just don't compete with the features and cost. I rated Customer Support as 10; however I don't find it necessary to call them and have no experience in this category.

Faxage support and followup has been superb, the ability to port my fax # saved me from massive hassle factor.
