FAXAGE Review Hot

Have sent 22 faxes and am very satisfied with the service and the progress of the fax being sent and notification when the fax transmission was completed. Also, the amount of time each fax took to complete. They also notify when the fax was not completed and they are transmitting the fax again. We canceled our land line and our fax machine will not work on the cell phone network. The price is great and it is easy to use. The other fax services I looked into were a lot more for the amount of pages we send and receive a month.

Great service, easy to use.

I got this just because I very occasionally need to send a fax. I don't have a fax machine, but I do have a scanner. This is a very affordable way to send a few pages every once in a while and have a fax number to receive and occasional fax. It saves me from having to ask permission at work from my boss to do personal stuff and saves me from using one of those mail/package stores and paying outrageous prices. Plus I can do it all from the comfort of my home. Many other services want $15-$30 a month, that wasn't worth the money. I am so glad I found FAXAGE

I found the service to be reliable. The faxes received were of good quality. My new computer does not have a fax modem, so this service saved me from having to find a fax machine in town that would allow me to not only send, but receive a fax. The computer interface was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I'm going to continue using this service.

I cannot rate customer support as I have had no need for any assistance. This is a good indication of this fax service's excellence.

I've only been using it a week and I already like it better than E-fax, which I used for probably 10 years. E-fax increased my price from $7.95/mo to 16.95/mo all of a sudden with no warning. Just saw it on my bill. I like the option FAXAGE gives of paying a low monthly fee and then 0.05/fax for people like me who don't receive very many faxes and never send faxes out.

My ratings are based on using the service for a few weeks now. However, I have been using online faxing for last four years and always had problems (partial pages and delay in relaying the faxes) with other providers, at least two of them. So far the best part I liked about FAXAGE is reliability as never missed a fax or received partial page. The service is price competitive too.

So far I have only recieved one fax. It was easy to get on my email and print it rather than wait for it. Quality of print will be better than inkjet. I am not sure sending one is that easy unless I try it. But for a starter small business this is at a great price and extremely convenient.

I have only had a chance to use Faxage once. It was simple to use and solved all my problems of being abbe to fax. I will have much faxing to do in the near future and I am glad I found Faxage. I was paying a dollar just to walk in the fax store and a dollar a page. This is saving me much money and I can do it from the comfort of my home.

Faxage is easy to use...nothing complicated about it. I have used other internet faxing services out there and this is by far the best to come. Keep up the GREAT Service!!!

Faxage is great! Its easy to use, don't get admail and I don't need a stand alone fax machine anymore. I can travel, and pick up my faxes on my smartphone.
I highly recommend Faxage to anyone who needs a fax service. And the prices are awesome.

Fast, reliable and affordable - what more could a business want!

For the past year I have had accounts with efax, Fax.com, and MetroFax. Each of which had their issues ranging from receiving faxes and customer service. It feels good getting all my faxes as well as not having to speak to someone from India who can't help resolve an issue for anything.

Reliable service, good features, good communication, admin interface could be done more intuitive, looks like a work in progress which is great. Will come back with updates...

Kinko's wanted 1.49 per page, but I had 141 pages.
Signed up for Faxage, and uploaded 141 pages from my computer, and they faxed them all.
I had tried two other fax machines, industrial office types, and neither one would fax the docs without stopping at some point.
Faxage started the fax at 1pm, and ended the fax at about 7pm, and all the documents went through.
Good service, good prices, and I'll keep using them as long as I need to fax.

Was looking for a HIPAA compliant online fax service. On a weekend, Sat night to Sunday, Faxage emailed me their BAA, got everything set up to port my number from my old service, all within a few short hours! Very fast replies to emails as well! I will be recommending to all my colleagues and future clients.

I've shopped around, looked at reviews including C-net, some obviously shilling for another service. All said and done this is a great value and performs as promised. I've used e-FAX in the past and always felt it was ridiculously expensive. FAXAGE is a fair-priced tool for an essential need of my small business.
