I found many so called SECURE Fax services either more expensive than our budget for an e-fax (some as much as having an actual fax machine and traditional phone line, if you can even find anymore in your area) or very difficult to make use of the secure PORTAL. FAXAGE is both Simple & Reasonably Priced. Customer Service is exceptional, as well. THANK YOU FAXAGE...

I have only used the service a handful of times, but it was super simple to figure out. No problems at all!

This is a quick and simple fax method. I have not tried any features other than the email fax.

Service is priced the most reasonably, and its website is designed very well.

I am a first time user of any kind of internet based program. I did a lot of research into finding a program that would enable me to send a document from my computer to a physical fax machine. I was delighted to find Faxage since I was able to do exactly what I wanted. It was so easy to use that once I did the setup I was able to fax a document right from my Word folder. Fantastic!

Been using Faxage for quite a few years, I think about 10 (??), and it is the best service for an occasional user like myself that also keeps faxes private. When I accidentally let my account lapse, customer service was available 24/7 to help me get my account set-up again right away. Thank you for such great service!

We have just started with Faxage but so far have been very pleased with the customer service and ease of use of the service.

FaxAge has been a superb faxing service. I haven't had it for long but from what I've done with it so far, it has been great. I've gone from fax service to fax service and finally found one that I can use that is cheap and reliable. No issues except for a missing feature (fax driver). The fax driver would be useful for not only for me but others who use this service. CS said I can use the API and make my own way of sending faxes, but I'm not a programmer, so I don't have the time to learn/create something with their API so I can send faxes directly from my computer. The API should be an advance way of sending faxes for expert users or companies. End users/beginners should have a way to send faxes from their computers easily without the need to program an API on their end. As for their web interface is fairly simple to use and clean. I'd recommend FaxAge to anyone wanting an easy, clean, and simple faxing service.
