So far, so good
Just joined and used the service once and had no problem. Was with Smartfax for years, then started having issues with faxing services. Glad I made the switch and also saved money.

Should've Used Them A Long Time Ago!!!
Much easier to use than anticipated! We should've migrated to this technology long ago to avoid some headaches we've encountered along the way! Great price, great dependability. We love it!

First-rate Fax service
Secure and HIPAA compliant; affordable for a small business; customer service was helpful in porting over my number, didn't lose a fax! Features are easy to navigate, including personalized cover page with disclaimer - very nice so far!

Would recommend
After attempting two other "Internet Only" Fax products that didn't work up front, I tried and was successful 1st time with Faxage. Straight Forward product offering, worked with Google Drive 1st Time, easy to use.

Accounting Office - Best Fax Service! - Beats all the others!
I had been using a different online Fax provider for the last year and a half, and I'm kicking myself for not using Faxage sooner. Faxage is the most reliable fax server solution I have come across. Our office has sent out numerous faxes with Faxage and all have them have gone through 100% without any problems. The customer service is quick, responsive, and helpful. Some other small minor features are missing from what we were used to with the old provider, but we have brought this up to Faxage's attention and hopefully they might add them in an include them. Overall we have had a great experience using Faxage so far and looking forward to using them for a long time.

First time I used this and I am pleased. It was easy, customer support answered a question in minutes, and everything went smooth. This is much cheaper and more efficient than buying a machine which I would use maybe twice a year.

Easy-to-Use Handy Service
First time user. As far as I know their were no problems with the fax being received. Received a confirmation from FaxAge. Was really surprised at how easy it was. Instructions for setting up an account were very easy-to-follow and took very little time. Liked being able to send the information as a PDF file.
