Just getting to use it...works great so far!

I ported in my number from RingCentral. Faxage took care of that for me so promptly, while my port request for my voice number to another carrier took over a month. The email communication from customer service with my updates was clear, concise and timely. I receive my faxes on time, every time and the cost is so, so much less expensive than any of my previous carriers. The .pdfs are easy to save to my drive. Love it!

I have only used once but it was easy to set up and to use.

I never thought I would find anything like this to work properly but it does. I have sent myself a test fax and was very impressed of how it came out. I was using Vonage but the faxes came out to where you could not read them and was not reliable. Now I have found something less expensive, leaving Vonage, now using FAXAGE.

I could not be happier with this service. I used faxes often in my business and this company offers a superior product to any other I have used in the past, including the old fashion fax phone line. Thanks Faxage

Easy Setup. I've only had the service for about a week now, but appears to be reliable and fast.

I was using E Fax and fax.com before them and it was a nightmare. Faxes never went through and customer service was horrible. So glad I switched!

Faxage has been quite intuitive and easy to use. Much more so than another service that I had been using for a couple years. Also, being a mental health provider, I needed a fax service that would provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance. They indicated that they would provide a BAA with all levels of service. They also seem to have a plan for whatever size of business you have. After researching services out there who would provide a BAA, Faxage looked the best. Thanks

I signed up and 5 minutes later I was receiving faxes. I have not had any problems as of yet and the price is so much better than others that I looked at for the same service. It is easy to use. I am very pleased. Thank you.

We were using eFax - which we liked, but our volume increased over their limit and it started to cost us a bundle. Faxage is working seamlessly and we got a plan that fit the budget and will save us a bundle compared to the overages fees we were paying before.

I have not had to contact customer support yet. I am working remotely on a part time basis and this service allows me to the many faxes that I need to send.

Met my needs for sending and receiving faxes for my therapy business.

$subject says it all; it just works.

We needed to send faxes from a PHP web application. We literally accomplished that in 5 minutes after signing up. It could not be any easier to use. The web API is a no brainer with lots of options for posting and getting status. We have not experienced any reliability issues or bugs thus far. Thank you FAXAGE for getting this right: price, simplicity, features and reliability.

Note, I really should not of given customer support a 10 because we have not needed any yet! :)
