I had been without a fax capability for several years. When I needed to use a fax again , I reviewed the various plans available and selected Faxage because the plan was exactly what I needed. I fax one time a week consisting of several pages. Faxage performed perfectly. Extremely satisfied. Thank you.

Oh man I love faxage!! I live in the country in the middle of nowhere and had a fax line that drove me nuts!!! I got very few needed faxes and a barrage of junk faxes!! Nightmare deluxe!! I'm thrilled with my new faxage service!! So so happy!!!

Faxage setup was easy and the configuration clear. ("Company" could be handled better--for one-person operations, there should be an option to eliminate "Company".) Pricing is very fair and understandable. It is a positive testimony that I have not had to actually call customer service--that is probably a first in the entire telecommunications industry in 4 decades.

I have had a dedicated fax line at home for over 20 years. I rarely get a fax or need to send one these days. In fact most of the faxes I receive are junk, even though I am registered on the do not fax list. While my fax machine can block specific fax numbers, I cannot block a sender if they do not enter their fax number. Faxage gives me the ability to block all faxes from anyone that does not include their phone number.

With the cost of a dedicated line being $24 and with Faxage's competitive rates, I am able to not only save money every month, I did not have to give up my dedicated fax number.

I just don't see the justification to have a fax machine when Faxage can do the job for me for less dollars every month.

I recently replaced our PBX with Lync Enterprise Voice, which is a VoIP product. I was getting rid of all our analog lines and needed a replacement solution for FAX. Internet-based solutions seemed to be the best choice. I tried several competitor's products and was disappointed with them for either technical reasons or pricing reasons.

Faxage has everything I need at a great price. It was easy to get TLS encryption working for both the inbound and outbound emails between Faxage and our Ironport gateway, something I had been pulling my hair out trying to get working with a competitor product. Customer support was very responsive and helpful when I needed them. Documentation is good, so my users have no difficulty sending their own fax documents via email. Everyone is happy!

I have just signed up with Faxage. I haven't had an opportunity to experience all the features yet, but their customer support was great at keeping me up-to-date as they ported my number and answered my questions. Sign-up and setting up an account were very easy. Only sent 1 fax so far, but that's why I sought out a company that also provides good service to people who fax only a few times a month. I am quite satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the service. I needed a service that was affordable for my very low volume of faxes. Service is easy to use and includes features that enhance the ease of use. Is very reliable don’t have the problems sending/receiving faxes that my friend experiences with internet phone service.

I am not a heavy user compared to the capacity this account could handle, however this service has saved me time and money. I do not need the cost of a dedicated line in my home office. I look forward to growing into the vast features and control Faxage offers with my account. I have not had to use customer support to give it a fair rating. Very happy with this service.

The setup was finished faster than I had time to read the instructions. It's been a month now and the service has worked flawlessly. Faxes come in, no one's complained about transmission problems, and it's been worry-free. I feel good dealing with a US-Based company.

I've used a couple of internet fax services in the past including the big name one and Faxage is by far the best and user friendly service on the net and also the most bang for the buck. I would never use anything else.

I rarely write a review but felt obliged... I REALLY love this fax service and am surprised that it is not better known. It does not have a fancy interface but there is TONS of customizability and the performance is rock solid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. The fact that they are HIPPA compliant is a huge bonus.

I had some issues with the sign up, but that was probably more my fault than FAXAGE. When I called for help at 8:00pm a HUMAN BEING answered the phone and resolved the issue on the spot. What a refreshing approach to Customer Perceived Value!!!!!

This is just what i was looking for when shopping for online faxing service. Cost and security were my priorities and they were by far the best option considering the small volume that i fax. You can not go wrong here

As the title reads, we are new to them but feel good about everything so far.

This service is perfect for our business! We've had no problems at all... faxes are sent quickly and I love that I can print & store proof of transmission. Will be sticking with Faxage.
