So far works quite well. HIPAA compliance is important for us, so faxage is a great fit.

Faxage have been so extremely helpful with everything and everything has been fixed very promptly.
I am testing this service for my entire company, and if it seems like this is going to work out in the long run, which I hope it will. We will be switching our entire companies faxing to Faxage.
Faxage been much more helpful than Metrofax (which is our current provider).

I have used faxage for a many years both individually and now in a foundation I work with. It's costs far less than eFax and does everything you would ever want an electronic fax service to do. Highly recommended.

Wow! What inexpensive but seamless service
Woweeee. Efax.com folks asked for $100 a month with not much support, wheras Faxage $7.95 with all the bells and whistles. Plus they're HIPPA-compliant.

Faxage isn't visible on the internet search as efax, I found it rather by accident while I was searching for comparison of 2 major online fax providers. But I'm really glad that I found and used Faxage, I ported an AT&T fax number that is costing me about $40 per month. Set up is simple and fast, custom response is very quick, and the quality of the fax is great. Besides the price is really good.

Works Great - But Read the Instrution Manual
Works great. It's important to read the instruction manual, and if you do it's a snap to get started. I wanted to fax from Excel spreadsheet lists. I have sent literally hundreds of faxes from Excel lists in my first week and I was surprised how easy that is, again, if you read the instruction manual.

Great Experience
We just switched all of our clients from across the country to this product. We had been with the largest fax supplier before this and their customer service and tech support just slowly slid downhill until it got to be just ridiculous. We are thrilled that we were able to make this switch with such ease and in a very timely manner. So far, their customer service and support have been great.

The best I've used
I took a shot with these guys because of their low price. You generally get what you pay for, and I didn't expect much, but FaxAge gave me more. You will be pleased with their ease of use and notifications delivered anywhere you want. Good job out of you, FaxAge!

Excellent Customer Service
I needed a faxing service ASAP. Contacted 3 different companies and Faxage was the only one to respond the same day. They are a business, interested in doing business. Most of the companies in the faxing service industry are totally unprofessional. Faxage had me faxing through their system in one hour.
