Fantastic service that I plan to use as my business grows, they have something for ALL faxing needs. Very impressed thus far

I have only been using the service for a couple of days now, but everything is super easy to use. Their customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful. I emailed a question in about porting a number and they were back to me within the hour with all the info I needed.

I was signed up with another fax service for about a year. Recently, one of my customers told me they were having trouble faxing too me. I emailed the fax service about the problem and found that somehow they "lost" my fax number when the converted software and there was no way to get it back. I had that number printed on my business cards!

I called ATL RespOrg Services (FAXAGE) because they were responsible for provisioning that telephone number. I reached a real live person that said support would call me back. Within one hour, I got a call back. The support person said that the other fax company did not port my number over, but I can still use it if I like. All I need to do was signup for another fax service and tell them which one and they would release it to that service. They also said that they have a fax service, FAXAGE, that I can sign up for. I found the price cheaper that my old service and signed up that day. Within one hour, I had my old number working again! Incredible service! Thanks FAXAGE!

Has been an excellent tool.

Sent several faxes this way. all went through within minutes and confirmations arrived shortly therafter. high quality, easy to use, convenient and LOVE that the faxes stored so that as I needed to send them to other people I simply entered a new fax number, THAT WAS IT! LOVE IT

We were told by Ben (Faxage support) it could take up to 3 days to proces our port request. It was done in about 3 HOURS! We have tested it and so far so good. Perfect for what we need, and awesome support!

The Faxes go straight thru and you receive prompt email confirmation throughout. Very reliable service.

Although I've just begun using Faxage I like everything about it especially the price. I don't receive alot of faxes but not having to have a dedicated fax number is a real cost savings. I also had a question regarding nuisance faxes that was imediately answered by the support group. Keep up the good work.

I've used other fax services in the past but this is absolutely the best.

I checked into some free services, but didn't feel the security was there. I don't fax hardly at all, but good to have the service available. Since I no longer have a landline, this service is ideal for me. The costs seemed fair too.
I wouldn't have a problem recommending this to others that need this type of service.

We have used Faxage for close to three years. The length of service and scores above, (all tens) say it all. It's a no-brainer. Use faxage... you'll be glad that you did.

I fax only occasionally.... this fax service is awesome for my needs. No more driving somewhere to fax. I wish I had signed up for this service a long time ago. I would have saved gas money and money spent faxing... and the frustration of having to drive somewhere to send a fax.

I used the on-line features for faxing, and the documents upload quickly. I then send out my fax. The process was fast and in no time I received a confirmation e-mail that my fax pages were delivered. I usually don't fax, however, they are reasonable in pricing and their fax system in suitable.

Faxage is so much better than paper... we have to scan in all of our documents anyway, so not having to scan incoming faxes is great. Not to mention the security features can't be beat for the price. We don't have that many faxes a month, so the price point is fantastic.
