As the title reads, we are new to them but feel good about everything so far.

This service is perfect for our business! We've had no problems at all... faxes are sent quickly and I love that I can print & store proof of transmission. Will be sticking with Faxage.

Simply love the convenience of being able to receive/transmit faxes via the computer. Makes my business life so much easier. Very user friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend to individuals and businesses alike.

One thing a small company that is rapidly expanding needs is RELIABILITY, EASE OF USE, and the ability to scale as needed for growth. I love that this company is locally based (in Colorado). The service isn't about pretty websites and pretty buttons, it's about a speedy, reliable service that does EXACTLY what it says! I wish my other providers (cough, cough - cell phone...) worked this well, and always gave me a US sales/tech person! Bravo Faxage!

We used Faxage in 2006 and I just came back to it. The updated web interface, the APIs, the email to fax features, and the mapping of multiple users to multiple fax lines all under one account administration are very important to us. We really like managing our fax features in one place and not having to navigate all the phone, soft-phone, and virtual PBX features on other sites. And Faxage remains cost competitive, making it worth the effort of transitioning off the old system and back onto Faxage.

The service was to notch 10 years ago, and I've been pleased by the support I've had through the transition process this go round.

I've been wanting to get a permanent internet fax service for quite some time. Sure, I had one of those free efax numbers. But, I got tired of explaining why I have a 916 area code fax when I'm living in 510. After looking around, I signed up for FaxAge's Lite service plan. At $3.49/mth it's nearly half the cost of the cheapest similar plans. Sure, I have to pay for every single page I send. But, since I send faxes so infrequently, I'm willing to do that because I'm saving in the long run. I can always bump up the the next lowest plan if I need to send them more frequently.

Faxing is as simple as using their web portal or by sending email to a specific address. I'm happy with the security, and that they will receive and send me faxes using PGP encryption for security. They're HIPAA compliant which, though I'm not in the medical field, shows me they're willing to go an extra mile for our security. Should you want to make sure nothing is left on their website once the fax is send, you can even set your account to automatically purge it.

I did knock some in the Ease of Use number because I tried to immediately cancel a fax that I was sending. But, it still went through. Additionally, it would be good if they would show you a sample of what your current cover sheet looks like because once you upload your .jpg it doesn't show that a .jpg is uploaded, and you have no idea of what your cover will look like unless you send one to yourself (costing money).

I also had to dig a little to find where my faxes are stored within my account.

The two customer service phone calls I made were answered quickly by someone who was most likely here in the USA.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service on the few faxes I sent and when anyone asks me for a recommendation I will recommend FaxAge with no regret.

I'm new to FAXAGE and from the first time I had to use it - no problems - was easy and understandable.
Price is reasonable, only I did not expect set up charge, which is tolerable...

The value could not be better, especially for the "lite" user.

So far, so good. I like the price. Way cheaper than stamps for the amount of faxing I use. The software gives fax confirmation in .pdf format if you need it.

I don't write reviews but Faxage saved my behind when our previous provider (MetroFax) changed systems without notice and removed their security features.

They had a great combination of easy of use, security, and price. The price was so good we were able to get a separate fax line for everyone on our technical support team (6 people). Customer support was amazing, my phone call was answered after a few rings and my several emails were responded to in less than 10 minutes! Their website is easy to navigate and their features are well thought out. I have only been with them for a week so I can't attest to their long term reliability but so far so good. The thing that really sold me was the vast array of security measures and being able to attach unlimited emails to the account. My sole negative is that they don't do international faxing, just US and Canada, which for us wasn't a deal breaker.

I was looking for a fax service I could use for a few months while I was contacting medical providers. I used myFax for a while, and it seemed like a scam. I could rarely send faxes and never dared to test receiving them. Trying to cancel the service reminded me of trying to cancel AOL back in the 90's. You can't do it online. You have to call and plead with them. I was using the trial service and the customer service lady - very nice but had a thick Indian accent - kept offering to extend the trial by 30 days. I wasn't even able to get a number in my local area code and I live in the state capital of Virginia.

Okay, enough about the competition.

FAXAGE has a very plain interface, but it is fast and works reliably. Faxes send quickly and receiving works great. The price is extremely fair, even for a person who only temporarily needs service. I looked at the documentation and there is a TON of it for people looking to program against an API, which is nice.

I give this service a solid 32 out of 7 stars or four and a half thumbs up.

I was up and running within minutes. It took the phone company longer to answer my call than it did to set up the entire workflow with Faxage.

When you receive your first fax and say, "ha, what do you know" that's when you start being amazed at how easy setting up this product was!

Great Fax service, better and more affordable than most of their competitors.
