Excellent Fax Service
Faxage provides an excellent and affordable fax service to those looking to transition from landline faxing, which is a dying technology. They offer professional and dependable customer service and technical support. The user guide was simple to understand and I was able to start sending faxes through Faxage soon after signing up. They offer HIPAA compliant fax services, which is a must for all healthcare professionals. Keep up the good work!

It just works
$subject says it all; it just works.
We needed to send faxes from a PHP web application. We literally accomplished that in 5 minutes after signing up. It could not be any easier to use. The web API is a no brainer with lots of options for posting and getting status. We have not experienced any reliability issues or bugs thus far. Thank you FAXAGE for getting this right: price, simplicity, features and reliability.
Note, I really should not of given customer support a 10 because we have not needed any yet! :)

What a deal!
We wanted a fax number right away and with ease and confidence, we were able to complete the transaction in 5 minutes. The teachers are happy with the faxed information for immunizations.

Mindless, Flawless... Perfect!
This product is as reliable and simple to use as flipping the light switch at my house! We were up and running in just about 10 minutes. The cost saving is serious, and the customer service is fast and flawless.

Faxage have been so extremely helpful with everything and everything has been fixed very promptly.
I am testing this service for my entire company, and if it seems like this is going to work out in the long run, which I hope it will. We will be switching our entire companies faxing to Faxage.
Faxage been much more helpful than Metrofax (which is our current provider).

Wow! What inexpensive but seamless service
Woweeee. Efax.com folks asked for $100 a month with not much support, wheras Faxage $7.95 with all the bells and whistles. Plus they're HIPPA-compliant.

Faxage isn't visible on the internet search as efax, I found it rather by accident while I was searching for comparison of 2 major online fax providers. But I'm really glad that I found and used Faxage, I ported an AT&T fax number that is costing me about $40 per month. Set up is simple and fast, custom response is very quick, and the quality of the fax is great. Besides the price is really good.
