So far I cant say anything bad about the service, it does what I need, without reinventing the wheel

We have done away with our fax machine and the monthly 3 digit phone bill that was required to receive a fax from our 911 dispatchers. Now we receive our post incident report fax as an email. And for pennies a day rather than dollars a day!

Easy to use and more affordable than the one I was using before

I recommend Faxage to EVERYONE that ever asks about an efax service. Its super easy, and have accidently deleted a fax, but thanks to the email I also get was able to retrieve it! A life saver in my line of work!

I've used the service for about a month. No problems sending or receiving.

Before Faxage I was not a fan of faxes. But its expensive to have a dedicated line. So I looked into on-line faxing and when a friend recommended Faxage I immediately saw the potential. Then I received my first fax on-line and it could not have been simpler. 3 cheers for Faxage!

Faxage is super convenient and generally easy to use. There is one glitch that I keep meaning to call customer service about (I get a notice that the fax was unable to send attachments, however everything goes through after all) but haven't got around to it. I have had no other issues with sending or receiving faxes. Its a great value for the service that's provided :).

I just joined and have only used faxage a couple of times but it’s been a breeze to get started and send a couple of faxes. My needs are not very much so the individual plan is perfect for me.

Easy to use. Customer support is very prompt. All the features you need for basic use. Good solid product at a fair price.

I haven't use it but it's nice to have when I need it. Monthly cost is less than services costing twice or three times as much with all the bells and whistles the so called "premium" online fax services.

I have been with FAXAGE for 2 years and the service is fantastic. I travel internationally and the flexibility is the best. Pricing is excellent for small or large users. The ability to do repeat transmissions for FAX numbers that are often busy is the best single feature.

In an age when I thought I'd not require a fax, I was searching for something easy to use and affordable.
Faxage is easy to use, cost-efficient, and pays for itself after less than one month of use.
There are no bells and whistles, but to be candid, you're faxing documents, not attempting to retrieve a space shuttle. While I've not required Customer Support, I have confidence in Faxage.
There are no surprises, which is welcome.
As long as we need to fax documents (I know, why? Welp. Some government agencies aren't yet in the 21st century) I'll use Faxage.
