I just recently started with this service. I was very surprised and pleased to be able to find such an affordable service, especially in these days where all businesses are trying to take advantage of raising up their prices to overinflated amounts! As a small business myself, I am very grateful and respect businesses that don’t try to take advantage of consumers!
I also have to say that the set up was very simple and easy, especially since they did everything and thoroughly explained the process to me. They were seamlessly able to port my Fax number, as well.

Faxage is a great company to work with. They made porting our existing line such an easy process. Their customer service is phenominal, price point is perfection, and very easy to use!

The only option I wish they had was a way to edit the phonebook listing rather than deleting and adding a new entry. Great service all around!

This fills my faxing needs for both sending and receiving for my home and mobile needs. No additional equipment or costly subscription required. I have recommended this to my friends so they can fax without the cost of a landline as I have discontinued.

Very easy to use and reliable. Easy set up, easy retrieval of sent faxes, easy sending. You can even choose to add a cover page right in the features. In fact it’s so easy I have not had to use customer support. I am sure they are fantastic if the fax service is indicative of customer service responses.

I've been using Faxage for the last seven months. It is so user friendly, easy to set up, allows multiple users to have separate logins, and receiving faxes via email is a great benefit. Not using paper is a HUGE plus when it comes to receiving faxes. Our office tries to be as paper free as possible and Faxage has helped us maintain this goal. I would definitely recommend Faxage to anyone who is looking for a fax software vs. buying a traditional fax machine. No phone line required and it's available when you're not logged onto your computer. Great, great program!! The cost is very affordable too! I can't say enough good things about this program. Easy to set up, and all of my faxes have been sent and received with no problems so far. As a small business with very rare faxing needs, I appreciate the pricing options so that I only pay for what I actually need.

I was able to setup and use the Faxage service with little effort! I like that Faxage assigned me my own unique fax number - no worrying about connection issues with my home phoneline. The ability to receive faxes via email is a plus! Like others, I didn't rate customer service as I haven't needed to contact them yet.

Working in the healthcare sector, most of our day-to-day business communication is done using faxes. Faxage has been a local marketing godsend for us, allowing us to advertise our products and services in a way we never could before. It is so easy to use and saves us considerable time and effort, making our local marketing activities far more efficient.

This was the best option for my small business, as I don't need regular access to fax services and this allowed me to have a flexible plan to not overspend on this service. The ability to sign a BAA to ensure HIPAA compliance was also key for me. Perfect option for my needs.
