I’m a new customer that’s very satisfied with the ease of use of the site.

We decided to use Faxage based on our incoming volume of faxes as well as outbound at an affordable price. With the price and reliability, we have been able to reduce the number of fax lines required. The office staff were able to easily understand how the system worked for a smooth transition from our POTS line system. They love sending faxes by email and the print-to-fax option. Being HIPPA compliant was the main concern for us with Faxage able to provide a signed BAA as well as including a dashboard for auditing. The support staff has been great while dealing with the porting of our numbers, notifying me of updates if any issues arise. It doesn't need to be pretty to work great.

This is my second time around with Faxage, now at a different company. I was sold initially based on price and it was created by like minded IT people and run by IT people. I can say 100%, I have never had any issue. All faxes sent/received came through without issue. Support response is incredibly fast.

I'm a new user but have had great experiences so far. The porting team was awesome - very communicative! Also I switched from eFax to Faxage because of the caller id block capability. I get so much spam fax and had no way to handle it with eFax. I also like all the settings and options - they do a great job!

I run a small business doing remote dental billing. I work a lot with insurance claims and I need fax for insurance claims to send me EOB. Faxage's low prices are what originally drew me to them! So far it's been easy, reliable and efficient, not to mention secure.

We were having a problem with our old fax landline dropping the call mid-fax. Senders were then resubmitting the entire job wasting lots of paper. After lots of research I wisely signed up for FAXAGE, problem solved. Now the fax is received every time. No one has to resend anything. Also we can pick what we need to print, duplexing those pages which saves a lot of paper. The unprinted pages are still readily available in pdf format so we can refer back if needed. Also a great feature is that the subject line in an email contains the senders fax number. So I can review faxes from any sender easily to determine which need my attention. My only regret is that we didn't make this decision 80 cases of paper ago! Great service.

I love that for a low price each month I have access to HIPAA compliant fax service. Faxage was quick to complete a BAA and I’ve been very happy with how reliable the service has been.

This was a great solution for our School Nurse. Instead of having medical documents sent to a shared Fax Machine where they may lay there for a little while and the concern for being HIPPA compliant, this was a great option so that it only went to our School Nurse.

I started using the service several years ago. I needed to send a Private Medical FAX. Email is not secure, and many Doctors accept FAX and not emails. I originally signed up because I "needed the service", Now I am with them because of the security of maintaining past faxes in one location, for my "sent" verification. Also, the peace of mind knowing I can access the service, or receive a fax at my number at any time. Thank you!

Great app. I previously had a dedicated fax line which wasn't used that much, but I didn't want to not have fax after all those years, as it's not obsolete yet.
The Faxage website has an 81 page "Internet Fax API Documentation"; I hope I never have to read the whole thing, but I suppose it's nice that it's there.
