I really needed a fax number that was easy to use while I'm mobile. I'm currently on the trial basis but the prices are really good. So far I'm satisfied with everything! I'd definitely recommend SRFaX's especially for a new business owner like myself.

It's a great product! My users love sending a fax from email and the receptionist loves getting the incoming faxes on her email.

Just wish for a custom cover page designer. Other than that, SRFax has everything!

I had never used online faxing before and was somewhat hesitant to use such a service. I also needed to be able to utilize a service that was HIPAA compliant because of confidentiality. I have found everything I need at SRFax. It has been extremely easy to use, reliable and best of all fits my budget. It was much cheaper to set up (no cost) than having to buy a service from a landline provider.

If you are contemplating an eFax solution for a home office or small business, why would you put off that decision any longer? In a nutshell, if you are comfortable sending email with attachments, then you are ready for eFaxing. Why SRFax? SRFax has one of the longest trial periods of any of the eFaxing services and their rates are very competitive. My business incorporates the Office 365 (Exchange) solutions for a group mailbox and once my employees got used to eFaxing, I don't think they will ever go back. However, I would recommend having someone with a bit (not much) of technology acumen to assist in the process of setting up as well as provide documentation on how to use a scanner for those documents that need faxed paperwork with ink signatures. Additionally, because my organization works in healthcare, we can maintain our goal of an almost paperless environment, while serving the needs of physician offices that still rely on faxing technology as their main source of communication. Once the system is set up the recipients have no idea that the service has changed to an eFax solution. And since I forwarded (rather than "ported") my fax line to the number provided to us by SRFax), that process was equally seamless and added an extra layer of satisfaction in case I needed to make changes in the future. And for those truly creative, the technology allows for you to send and receive faxes from mobile devices no matter where you are in the world. Bottom line... there is a no-risk trial period to find out for yourself.

I did a TON of research on various efax services & ultimately decided to go with SRFax. Their Lite 200 Plan fit my needs perfectly at a very reasonable cost. I initially was a little skeptical on how the quality would be considering the low cost (and after a couple of other efax disappointments), but after my first transmission, I was a fan. The interface is extremely user friendly. I've not had any technical issues in the 5 months I've used the service. And best of all, their customer support department responded to a question I had within FOUR HOURS. I would easily rate the service 10's across the board, however I'm giving an 8.5 on Features because there isn't a mobile app. Definitely not a huge deal but would be a plus. Great job guys!
