SRFax Review Hot

Had a few road blocks getting started , but these were handled professionally. Now that the service is up and running it is very user friendly. I love the confirmation e -mails as I am often faxing patient prescriptions and need to know that they reached their destination. I am really happy I followed the suggestion to get SRFax. I operate an electronic medical record from a number of settings. No need to configure a fax machine at each location which is a big plus.

Love this fax to e-mail service. We put up with another service for longer than I care to recall. I just assumed they were all less than reliable. Not so with SRFax. They are lightning fast, reliable and very inexpensive. If you're thinking of switching, or considering a service, this is the best!

The service is exactly as offered and is incredibly simple. For a small business, it can eliminate a phone line and the confusion of dealing with temperamental machines.

I used another fax service before SR Fax, not only did it cost more, have horrible reliability, and have terrible customer support. SR Fax is HIPAA compliant, has above and beyond customer service and reliability. Their website does not crash every time I try to send a fax, as it did with my old provider. I only wish I switched sooner! An app for the iPhone would be helpful in the future!

We had a fax server that wouldn't work after we upgraded our computers to Yosemite. I searched for fax services and needed on that was HIPAA compliant. I decided on SR fax because they would sign a Business Associate Agreement. We were up and running in less than 24 hours, every question I emailed was answered in under an hour. We have found the service very easy to use and have not had any issues in the first month we've been using SR Fax. I wonder why I didn't switch earlier.

I'm a low end user. I do not send nor receive a lot of faxes. I just want it for the convenience and convenient it is, especially the price. I used to have a dedicated fax land line at $40 a month and a fax machine that kept breaking down. These folks have saved me a fortune and eradicated the need for unreliable hardware. Only thing I don't get is why Microsoft Works Documents are invalid but I can live with it. Great job folks. Only reason I did not give you a ten is because of lack of experience on my part. Send me a new survey invite a year from now

Great customer service. Walked me through the set up for our small health care office. The HIPPA compliance was a key selling feature. The only downsides are that it doesn't have an app and doesn't have a Mac OS printer ddriver

I have only been using it a short while, and do not do many faxes, but it has worked out great. Eliminating the need for a fax machine and another telephone line for a dedicated fax saves time, money, ink, paper and effort.

I have only sent a couple of faxes in the trial period, but they all went through without issue. Thank you.

Honestly, I wish I had switched over to SRFax a long time ago! I am an independent Account Representative with some customers who don't seem to want to learn how to scan and email. I had to keep a fax line available to them. This cuts the cost considerably and with more benefits. Now when I am away from my office - I don't have to worry about orders sitting there until I return. The faxes are clear and easy to read and the one time I had a question, I got a quick answer. Service is great, price is right and product is as good or better than any. All of the above plus I got to use my original fax number I've had for fifteen years. Very happy with SRFax!

I have found this fax service to be vary easy to use. Product has all the features I needed and then some. Great value for the money. The only feature I would like them to add is support for Libre office and or open document format. Still it's a great product.

Great product that has worked well for our staff.

SRFax simply does what its supposed to reliably and consistently for a great price. One of my users was unable to use the service because his voice-to-email provider attaches a wav audio file to each email he sends. When I pointed this out to customer service, they passed it on to their programmers who made the necessary changes to accommodate our unique situation. This type of helpful and responsive customer service is unheard of at this price point. Phone number selection was excellent compared to other providers. SRFax allows you to transfer your fax number out in future if necessary whereas many other providers will hold your number hostage to force you to stay with them. (Having said that, I don't plan on moving again.) I came as a refugee from j2 where I was paying 4 times as much for 1/4 the service. SRFax includes the first page of the fax as an image in your email which lets you see what the fax is about before having to open the pdf attachment.

The very generous free trial period and high reviews are what made me choose to give this fax service a try. Has been very easy to use, and very reliable. Will definitely be switching to a paying customer once my free trial is over. The yearly fee is quite reasonable as well. My only complaint is if you hit a wrong key while typing in the boxes of the cover page info, it sends the fax. Have sent several incomplete faxes. Other than that, great company.

I love this company so far. Came from RC who had poor customer service. Once I tried to call SRfax during off hours and got no answer. a few minutes later THEY CALLED ME TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM! That's great customer service. My only wish is for a better contacts. Maybe have tabs to sort easier. Other than that-I love this company

Best fax system ever! We can not believe we survived all these years w/o SRFAX. The entire clinic loves it.
