Solid service, is working really well. I love being able to use the print driver to send faxes on the road from my laptop. Reduces the steps needed to send a fax. 8/10 on features is because there is no similar Mac or iOS printer driver available.

The service has worked great. No problems and no need for customer support in our first month. Provided just what we needed for the times when FAX is the best and/or only option.

We are very happy being able to fax whenever we need it! It is a great and affordable service! I like that I can send and receive fax anytime!

My wife and I needed a personal use service for the two or three times a month we need to fax or receive a fax so we found SRFax. The price point met our budget, the setup was easy, and the service just works. 10/10 all around.

My rating is limited as I have only used it once but the one time I did use it was for an incoming fax from a medical professional and it was very useful with smooth delivery. No issues whatsoever. I cannot comment on customer service as I have not used it.

Have been using srfax for over a month now and so far no problems. Everything works well and quite easy to use. No hick ups, no issues at all.

SRFax has several features that I REALLY like. For example, I was able to upload my company logo onto their preloaded coversheet and that was awesome, so I only have to scan in my fax body instead of another separate cover. The less files I have to deal with the better. Customer support could not possible be any better. I get INSTANT contact when I email them and its with someone who always knows what they are doing. My company also required a BAA be signed since we deal with PHI and they were very prompt in sending that back, no hassle whatsoever.
Room for improvement:
My main issue with SRFax is the layout. Its not very smooth. Rather than having a drop down list of options, I think buttons for "Send Fax" and "Inbox" or "Received Faxes" would be best. Also, I would love to have SRFax as a separate program rather than a website. What I mean is, I want SRFax on my desktop,and when I open it up, I want to sign in and go straight into my inbox or "send fax" screen. Im not a fan of how the website is set up right now. I am okay with having to sign back in every few minutes since i get an email every time i get a fax so I know when to log in. My last critique would be to have a preview option, or once I upload a file have it show as a small image so that I can see what My fax will look like to the people receiving it. Dealing with PHI I am always a nervous wreck about whether my coversheet is actually going to come out first or if the body will. (I cant ALWAYS use the preloaded coversheet, sometimes I have to use my own, for other reasons). Also, I would like to see an exact image of the preloaded coversheets rather than just the name of it. I have one business logo on the preloaded "Company" coversheet, but sometimes I have to fax as a different entity and I think "Wait...did I have that business logo on the company coversheet, or on the other one?" SO I think having "preview" images available before sending a fax (rather than after, as it is now) would be SOOOOO great.

Love it.Use it. Wouldnt use anything else.

Using it for about a month. So far so good. Email to fax is a little difficult to get used to, but the log in and Send fax feature is very easy. I also really like the customization of the different cover pages.

I really don't have nothing bad to say I just wish I used it more and the price isn't bad

Had Ring Central for years, and was not happy with their service. Their customer support was in another country, and there was a great language barrier; and their interface was difficult to use.
SRFax, is the opposite of the above; and I wish, I found them years ago! It lacks some basic features, but makes up for it, with great customer service; and an easy interface.

SRFAX is the easiest online fax service I have ever used. There is always a brief learning curve to every new application, but SRFax has been the easiest and most user friendly thus far and offers area codes in nearly every city across the northern continent, so the savings on land line faxes will be astronomical for us.. I haven't had to use customer support, so I have rated it 5 as a neutral rating, neither good or bad, they just haven't been required. Bravo! Thank you!

very happy with the service

Since using SRFax I have been extremely satisfied. My faxes have all gone through in a timely manner. Before using SRFax, I had used another fax program and sometimes it took 24 hours for my faxes to get to their destination. I am also very pleased with the cost of using this program. Keep up the good work.

I've been very happy. They are efficient. All faxes have gone through. Very easy to use and upload documents. Very inexpensive. Great site/product overall.

Why didn't I sign up years ago? It's a question I keep asking myself. SRFax is a great tool for our small office and the customer support is fast, personal and accurate.

We have 6 accounts now to cover all of our users and other than the one outage that caused issues for a day or two it's been a perfect experience. Customer support is fast, helpful and effective and I've been very pleased overall with how well it works.
