So far this has been a game-changer for my business! I was overwhelmed with incoming faxes. My fax machine would jam or the ink would run out in the middle of a transmission. I tried a different eFax service and the customer service was terrible, I couldn't even get signed up! FaxAge was great from the beginning. The customer service representative explained how the process worked and set me up in minutes. I have call forwarding, so I just forwarded my fax number to the new FaxAge number, so I didn't even have to tell my clients to use a new number. Seamless transition. Now my faxes are nice and neat and stored in "files" I was able to create. The price is very reasonable and worth every penny!

I've used multiple other fax providers in the past for personal and business use and Faxage wins hands down. It's cheap without sacrificing quality and the website it easy to navigate and use with no ads or anything. Customer service is top notch I hear, haven't used them, but if I ever need to I won't worry too much about it. I'm happy to have found a company that doesn't price gouge it's users and provides no nonsense service.

So far the service has been great. I am a new user and new company. I love that its affordable and that there are different plans to meet anyone's needs. I know when my needs grow I will expand within this company.

I have a fax machine, but I redid my phone system and the fax machine didn't work. Faxage was the perfect solution. The best part was customer service. They really helped work out the kinks. Even little things were taken care of. And all of it was done promptly. So when a thread in my listserve turned to fax machine alternatives, I proudly recommended Faxage! Good job!!!

Finally a reliable fax service for us small businesses who do not need to send or receive a lot of faxes. I send very few faxes - only a few every 6 months - so I was tired of paying for a monthly service that I didn't need (and would just get junk faxes!). I have sent two 1-page faxes that sent immediately, and I received one back with no problem. The overall cost is very little, which is what I was after. The interface is intuitive - just create your document and add it as an attachment. I have not yet used the cover page option, but like that it's there. Thank you for offering a range of subscriptions that work for everyone.

I thought that this fax website was a joke but after the reviews that I have read about your company they were positive ones. I have learned my lesson about fraud websites because I recently was scammed out of 113.46. I am currently fighting with my credit card company to replace the money back into my account. But I am enjoying my faxage and I have told more people about your service.

I have had the service for several months. Let me start off by saying that the customer support is fantastic. They have been very helpful and respond quickly. As a small business owner that only needs to send/receive a few faxes a month the price point and quality of service are impeccable. I was using another company that was charging me a whole lot more, locked my account and continued to charge me for services. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for faxing.

Keep in mind, we have not even had this for a month yet, so reliability is only good for that time. The only feature we use is faxing and we are happy with that. Ease of use is truly easy. Customer support was used just trying to get set up, which was a little frustrating, but we got it handled. Satisfaction is true, because I have only had one fax that I had to resend in two weeks. They stay in the queue until they are able to send. Our old faxing was frustrating, because we couldn't send our patient notes more than one every five minutes. Also, we can send to a couple places with this, where our old faxing used to kick them out every time.

I Got fast response with customer service

Faxage worked better than I expected. The outgoing fax transmission is quick. When a fax is received, you receive notice via email and the faxes are clear and can be saved in PDF format. No equipment required, just a computer, smart phone and email. The low monthly cost is great. It was exactly what my small business needed.

I just started using the service and therefore cannot speak to its functionality. However, I can say that customer service responds very promptly (same-day) and with helpful answers. Highly recommend!
