FaxIt Nice Review Hot

I love FaxItNice. I use the Send Only option, because I occasionally need to send a fax out, but rarely receive them. I love that you can prepay and never have to pay a monthly fee. Your credit remains good until you need it. Email-To-Fax support is also great!

I absolutely adore FaxIt Nice. Initially I was drawn to them because I was looking for a full 2-way fax service that didn't charge a subscription fee. I stuck around for the slick design and ease of use. I recently used them to fax documents back and forth while closing on a house out of state, and they were fantastic. It just means one less device and service (phone line) to pay for at home.

The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10 on reliability is that one of the places that was trying to fax me reported that the fax wouldn't go through. Support theorized that it could have been an incompatibility problem between the two fax modems, which is pretty rare, but still possible. I had to quickly find a backup fax to receive the document. However this has only happened once out of the dozens of different faxes I've received from multiple sources.

I don't fax out much and don't receive many either, so I wanted a way to fax without monthly fees. FaxIt Nice is the easy way to fax at a great price too. I highly recommend FaxIt Nice to everyone.

I choose the "The Prepaid Premium" plan, and send only 20 faxes out. Never received any faxes in. After a few months of leaving my account dormant, I came back to find out my credits have all gone, and my account locked due to lack of credit. This is because they deducted the money for the "Monthly fees". I felt so cheated paying so much, and using so little. Beware of the plans you select!!!!!

Coming from a WAHM FaxIt Nice is very to have access to. I don't have a fax line at home and I don't have access to a fax machine anyother way without having to leave the house and pack up two toddlers to take with me. The biggest problem I have it timing out when trying to upload more than 4 pages. I don't know if it's a FaxIt Nice problem or a connection problem on my end. I do have a broadband connection, so I would hope that wasn't the problem. But, Customer Support was able to help me send my large faxes another way. I'm glad that I discovered FaxIt Nice.

Great service, especially for a low-volume faxer like me. FaxItNice has completely eliminated my dependence on that nasty fax machine technology. My only problem is that once in three or four months, I get a fax that was obviously meant for someone else--a wrong number. I don't know if the number I got is someone's old number of something. Any way, I report it as "junk" (since there's no feature to report "wrong number"), and eventually, it is verified and then not charged to my account.

I have had two experiences where my fax failed to send and I only found out when I checked back on the site. One situation almost cost me $15.00. Each time I completed a support ticket and (after several days) got a response that they were having server issues. At least email me and let me know it the fax failed!

The service is good and easy to use, but I am not always convinced it is completely reliable and the support is slow to react when there is a problem.

My only gripe is that sometimes the fax image is a little light. However, some fax machines are a little old. This is an excellent alternative, and saves space in my office. No bukly fax machine. And unlike other online fax services, faxitnice.com actually works!

I scoured the internet looking for an internet fax facility to send the occassional fax and only found those that wanted me to sign up for x amount each month. I sometimes don't send any faxes in a month (or even 2 or 3) so it would have made it too expensive. It took me a long time but eventually I came across FaxIt Nice and I was delighted. That was in 2005 I think and I have used them ever since and still have the same fax number from them.

I needed to send a fax online and became incredibly annoyed with all of the sign ups and hassle that both efax and myfax presented me with. FaxIt Nice was a gem. I found the site, uploaded my doc and hit the payment button. I then signed up for the no monthly fee plan so I could maintain a receiving number for faxes without paying ridiculous efax fee's. They were even nice enough to add my payment for a FaxIt Once fax to my pre-paid plan. I highly recommend this site. Its just simple, which faxing should be.

FaxItNice was easy to setup, and I even got a plan with no monthly fees! Sending a fax is unbelievably simple as well. Just add the recipient, country, and file, and it's done! I highly recommend this service.

I only have to fax insurance claims once a month or so and this service is perfect for that. Easy to use and no hastle makes it friendly and the only stress I have with the submissions is on the Insurance Company side.
Seriously, this works perfectly for my needs. I don't have to deal with equipment or connections other than my web connection. Go to the page, login upload your files and presto. A notice is sent when the fax is successfully transmitted. Very easy and very reliable ... THANKS FOR ASKING!

I have been using FaxIt Nice for about a year now and it is awesome! Before I commited to FaxIt Nice I tried most of the other services but FaxIt Nice is the best.

This interface is nicer than most of the competitors and the option to have a client install or a web interface is great. One huge benefit of FaxIt Nice over several of the major competitors is that when you submit a fax to be sent they send it right then. I know this sounds like a lame plus, but it seems that most competitors queue up faxes or something and they don't get delivered for an hour or so.

Well and FaxIt Nice is also less expensive than a lot of the competition which is great too!

I use Fax It Nice for personal and business purposes with the prepaid option, and I have consulting clients that use it on the monthly accounts. It works great for everyone, both for sending and receiving. I've also setup software for clients that automatically routes their outbound faxes through Fax It Nice, saving them thousands over their previous vendor.

I have been in touch with Fax It Nice's excellent support staff several times, and they have always resolved my concerns promptly. They even were willing to work with me on an ongoing basis to help get software development projects off the ground.
