Found this service extremely helpful esp. now with the virus confining our movements. this service has become a life saver to me. i need to communicate with doctors and pharmaceutical companies recently via fax and had no way to do so till now. Simply outstanding!

Wished I would of changed along time ago. So easy to use.

I'm a new user of Faxage who just closed my office and I'm going digital. Faxage seems like a great solution for my needs. So far everything's "10 out of 10", but admittedly, I have less than one month experience. Hopefully things will continue to go smoothly. It's nice to disconnect from an actual physical fax machine.

Faxage made it easy to transfer my existing toll free number to them. Like the rate structure -- don't fax much but need it to be available at times.
Great alternative to much more expensive services without the loss of service.

Our tax accounting business needed an alternative to the traditional fax machine. We're moving to a new office that is 100% Wi-Fi. Many of our older clients are not willing or able to use secure electronic sharing of sensitive tax information and they rely on a fax machine to send us their data. I needed a solution.

We did a brief experiment with Faxage and it surpassed my expectations. We have set up "rules" in Outlook to provide notification and automatic filing of Faxage messages.

My initial contact with customer service was 100% positive and subsequent conversations have been perfect.

I am a new user - started this service about a month ago. So far, it's being great - no issues. Simple, reliable and priced right. Hope it stays this way.

When I first set it up, all my faxes came back as failed. It was only for the first day. Since then it has worked as well as the best fax machines I've used in the past. It's inexpensive and easy to use. I'm very happy with it!

As a single user, I don't need to take advantage of the many features that are offered but I could see how they would be useful. However, as the single user who isn't quite tech savvy, I found this so easy to set up and use. I liked the ability to pick my fax number from a selection, making it easy to remember. Finally, getting the faxes in my email resulted in an efficient exchange of information from the sites to me.

Have only used once . Didn't need customer service. I have very limited need for faxing, so this method of only paying for what I use is very appealing. Easy set up and fax was delivered within an hour. Will update if opinion changes.

Had to replace my old fax service and I am glad I found Faxage. Porting my number was easy and their service has been error free.

not expensive. great so far

I haven't had to use customer support which is a good thing. But their service is great and reasonably priced. Perfect for working from home during this COVID-19 stay at home order.

So far I have received and sent without any issues my documents, customer suport I have never used but it probably will be a 10 as well, my satisfaction in general is awesome, easy to use and friendly to manage. thanks.
