Faxage is easy to use and easy to set up for a group practice. I recently had some questions and the response was quick and thorough.

This service meets what I am looking for in an online fax provider. Faxing is a very infrequent tool for me. Faxage allows me to pay per use, without unreasonably high monthly fees. The fact that the service is HIPAA compliant gives me confidence when my clients need to send sensitive information. Highly recommended!

The system works well, I fax docs for volunteer work. The docs are received within minutes to the parties. No problems or glitches, and very reasonable.

Prior to deciding this product was *the one* for my office, I reached out to several different companies. Ultimately, we decided on this service because of the cost, customer service, and ease of use. The representative who initially fielded my call answered all of my questions thoroughly. When ready to initiate service, I contacted customer service again and was met with quality customer service yet again. The implementation was straightforward, and staff has now been using the product for two weeks with zero complaints. Prior, we were printing documents to fax them. We are saving/will continue to save resources by using this product. Additionally, the staff is saving time as everything can be done from their workstation. I truly wish all products were this straightforward as the physician-owner was ecstatic about the quick (instant!) turnaround.

I have used this service for two different companies. It is very simple to use. I have never had a problem with it. I have used for a Medical business and Real Estate for at least 3 years. It is inexpensive. The service will email a notice when a fax is received and when a fax is sent. Just an all around great service in a time that everything else seems to be difficult!

Thank you, Faxage, for a great price, a user-friendly online way to send facsimiles, and timely responses. The people were very helpful, and the price is great. While some dude named Robert in the technology department was limited on resolving a matter when I transferred accounts from one company to another, he wa timely and tried. I am hoping or new enhancements in technology so that I can receive what was originally requested. As for now, I am content with the situation, people of Faxage, and respect. The online features also allowed for a description of what was faxed and when, which is great for record keeping. That info I used even in recent days.

So far it is an easy and reliable fax!

Love working with this simple system! I'd love to have the option to set up multiple emails for fax notifications so my assistant can be notified as well. Overall great experience so far.

I was nervous changing to an online fax service. I looked at many different sites. Faxage had a plan that was perfect for me. It was easy and simple to use. I am very happy. I wish I would have changed to Faxage a long time ago.

Faxage offers a wide selection of subscription options. The "pay per fax" option with a minimal sign-up cost is great for occasional users like me.

Faxes are successful most of the time. Can not reach Customer Service by phone. Can only email. Allows for a cover sheet and also keeps the fax numbers that have been used in a file so easy to click on a fax number if use often.

I was in need of a HIPAA compliant fax for my accounting office. And I usually don’t leave reviews but this is worth one. The support is lighting fast, I don’t think an email goes unanswered in 5 minutes. The interface is easy and the price is reasonable. I have a free fax with my VOIP provider and still pay for Faxage as it is that good. Wayyy faster than the competition. Ring central would take 10+ minutes where Faxage is under 5. If you are shopping look no further.

Have a recurring, infrequent need to FAX .pdf files from home office with no physical FAX machine) and know that they'll arrive dependably to their destination. Unbelievably, emails of faxed documents, especially those containing health-related, legal, or sensitive information, are no longer accepted by many offices. My rating is based on my experience sending the one FAX I've sent since signup, which arrived dependably and in a timely manner to its intended destination. Finding FAXAGE was like finding a needle in a haystack, and offered everything I was looking for: 1) reasonable monthly base service fee; 2) low, 1-time setup fee; 3) reasonable per-page fee; 4) a customer service number that was answered by an actual person!; and 5) a service that actually delivered what it claimed on its website within minutes of signup!
