This service is very easy in which to enroll and to use. The site is extremely responsive in terms of sending the fax and sending responses. Not only that the price is excellent. I am only an occasional user so the basic plan is more than adequate. The only feature that I would like to have is to be able to review a fax before it is sent and to review any sent fax. Reviewing may be possible but it was not terribly obvious to me. This is onl a minor inconvenience for me. Overall, I am extremely positive and would highly recommend FAXAGE.

Previously we were often losing faxes due to malfunctioning fax machines, running out of ink, problems with phone lines, etc. Now we get all faxes and we have the added convenience of being able to view them on our mobile devices when out of the office. Fantastic solution to our problems!

Wow, this is by far the best Internet Faxing service, period. The customer service is awesome and quick to respond. I had internet fax service up and running in no time. I also needed to add a second virtual number to my account which has to be added by support group. They again responded quickly and my new virtual number was added instantaneously.
Service is full of features and best of all they are easy to use. Integration with MS Outlook was a breeze to setup, very clear instructions.
Faxes are processed quickly and on time.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone out there.

It works every time I needed it to! That is impressive! I had join another fax service that didn't do well and was very angry with their sorry services! First I was impressed by the multiple features of the system: user account management (not limited to 5 accounts), document management, including archiving and transmission details, formatting and security. Great solution instead of needing a working fax machine at home. My all-in-one printer went out and I really need an incoming fax. I didn't need to print the fax, just forward it. I bought this service and in less than five minutes I had my first fax, already in a pdf the way I needed it and it came to my smartphone! I threw away my all-in-one and bought a twenty dollar printer.

Although I just got started a couple days again, everything has worked flawlessly.

Support emails related to API issues were answered immediately with thorough, relevant answers.

We travel often and never to the same place twice. This gives us a reliable, confidential manner to have important information sent to us by health care providers who by will not provide information by phone or email.

I use fax "ON NEED" basis & like the service provided by Fax age.
it would be better if they could improve the scanned image quality more (it is good now but could be better).
Price is good too & so is the speed. Worth trying their service.
I would definitely recommend it to others also.
