FreshBooks Review Hot

Freshbooks has done a great job with their website keeping it all simple and to the point. It's very easy to enter data and the workflow just comes naturally. I haven't used the expenses or time tracking parts but the recurring billing works great for me and has never failed yet. I just discovered that you can add automatic late fees too but it's an addon thing you have to add-- which is fine but that was one extra step. Overall quite pleased and do are my customers! (no complaints from them yet anyways!)

I like most of my colleagues used to follow the same procedure: open the excel sheet, fill in all the client data (again), fill in the same billable time items (again), list my expenses (again), print it on paper, usually find an error, open excel again, print, and finally mail it to the client... I clocked in about 15-20 minutes per 12 line invoice which to me if it wasn't that I was going to get paid for it, I would never bother doing...

Then someone told me about Freshbooks - it wasn't on their site, but rather someone sent me an invoice from their service and I was like wow that looks pro... yet it was from the kid down the block that mows my lawn. Since that day I wonder why people use a spreadsheet for invoicing anymore...

I can write and send an invoice in literally 60 seconds - the app lets you store all your clients, items, and expenses and with the click of a few buttons you've got a full invoice with my logo and automatic numbering and it will even send it to the client. It has never once failed me and it can even send the invoices via snail mail... What else would you need!?
