It's great to have a dependable fax service at a low cost.
I have told a number of people to use this service. With Faxage I get great service with no hassles.

What more can you ask for!

The only suggestion that I have is that a flash presentation telling about the features available and how to use them would be a added bonus.

This service is as close to perfect as you can get. Customer support is absolutely wonderful. Value is excellent.

If they would just make it more intuitive to add/upload your outbound fax files, my 85 year old mother could use it.

I have between zero to 100 fax pages per month (send/receive). FAXAGE is giving me the right service at affordable price. It is the perfect solution for a small business (I did a research and compared about half a dozen of the most popular Internet fax services). After one year - still very satisfied.

Like anything new, there is a learning curve with Faxage. However, I am pushing 50-years old and was not raised around computers. I only know enough to do what I need day to day at my business. I caught on quickly to driving Faxage. When I had a question Tech Support responded quickly and politely. Your service is reasonably priced and I pay as I go. Faxage eliminates an office machine I have to maintain. It is accessible anywhere I can get Internet. When I receive a fax it shoots out to as many emails as I choose. What more could a business man ask for? You deliver exactly what you promise at a very fair price. Why isn't everyone using your service? Faxage makes the office fax machine obsolete!

My parents run a small business and maintain a fax machine for the occasional customer who doesn't know how to send orders via email. The phone company charged them $50 for the fax line. I also used their fax occasionally and had to drive across town to get faxes. Now with Faxage they are saving $600/yr and the faxes come right to me, so we can both use the service on two sides of town and save gas too.

I love the features and customization. My only suggestion would be to make the cover page more customizable.

Occasionally I have a hard time finding what I need. I love having this service. The price is so low that I don't feel guilty about spending the money even in months I don't use it as I don't have a business. It's nice not to have to drive to the fax place to send one! Thank you! Sherrie

This has made my life so much easier, I just fax my invoices right out of my quickbooks program and the invoices are received immediately.

I am very pleased with the service. I really wanted to toss our horrible fax machine in the trash. The toner film was such a nightmare to deal with, that I finally started telling customers that we no longer use a fax machine. Only email. However, for the few folks that only use fax, I was happy to find this service in order to accomodate. Now I just click on my email box and voila, there are my few but necessary faxes. Plus, I can screen for any junk ones by simply deleting. No more wasted paper, toner, or jams. Awesome!

I have only been with Faxage for a few months but so far it is flawless. I live outside of the US and have a toll free US number with my account which is perfect for my US clients. Faxes are delivered as PDF's to my email. Simply could not be easier than that! I don't even need to login to view the faxes.

Pricing is also a big bonus as it is extremely competitive. The tiered pricing is good also.

User home page needs a facelift and modernization but that will come in time with more customers.

This fax service is the greatest. Never again will we need to deal with faxing equipment, supplies and ongoing maintenance. Thank you Faxage for a reliable service and a job well done, time after time.

I have been using Faxage for about two years now. Went from a standard fax with a inkjet cartridge and a dedicated fax line to this. NEVER will I go back to anything else! Best money spent past, present and future. Thank you Faxage!

I have not been with Faxage e fax service very long. In fact it has been less than month. However, so far, I am pleased with my service. I wish I had signed up long ago. I still need to utilize it more and to become more familiar, but I have been successful at getting what I need completed with the service.

In February 2008, I found myself in a bind. I was happily going back to performing work from home for a company I had worked for years ago but was in need of equipment immediately. Fortunately for me, I had just received a new all-in-one printer combo for Christmas, but it lacked one very important piece of equipment. I did not have a fax machine. Considering I was going back to work in a flash because financially times were tough, I wasn't very happy with the thought of spending so much money on a fax machine. In fact, I doubted that I could find a decent fax machine with the amount of extra money I had on hand. And then there was the additional cost of a dedicated fax line. I had felt fortunate years ago to find a dedicated fax line service for 9.99 a month, and that was still available to me, but with the economy the way it is, I wasn't happy about taking on an additional bill. Still it was a necessity. I had no choice. Or did I?

I remembered hearing about an online fax service some time ago and googled it. I encountered efax, signed up and quickly used my 2 free faxes. I thought this HAD to be the better alternative in my particular situation. 16.95 a month seemed a little high to me but at least I wouldn't have to purchase a fax machine so I would definitely be saving overall at the moment. Just as I began putting my credit card number in, I stopped and wondered if there were other companies like this who could give me a better price. This is when a little investigating led me to faxage.

I was blown away by several different points:
1)the pricing
2) the ease of use
3) the ability to have a dedicated fax number without having to pay for an additional line
4) the fact that I could live in Tennessee yet get a fax number based in my bosses home state of Minnesota
and 5)the fact that I didn't have to download any additional programs to view my faxes.

It seemed like a no-brainer. But how would it work? I signed up and used it quite frequently over the course of the next 2 months. I never had one single problem. It is VERY easy to use and the cost is incredibly low. Just 5.00 a month or less. I barely even miss that much and don't even consider one of my actual "bills." I am extremely pleased. At the incredible low price that faxage can provide to you, there is no reason why anyone should be without their own dedicated fax number through faxage.

Best business decision we have made in the past 5 years!!

This service is the greatest. We are fulltime RVers and this online fax program has been a "lifesaver" a number of times. To find a place to fax something would be a MAJOR hassle. Recently, we got someone else's fax (the sender has used the wrong number) so I contacted Faxage. They took care of it immediately. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days.

I run a small business, and occasionally have the need to send or receive faxes. I just wasn't interested in paying eFax prices, and ran across Faxage. Their prices are way better for light users like me, and the service has been rock solid.

Note that I haven't had any need to contact their customer service, but apparently this site doesn't have a N/A option for voting, so I figured it'd be as good as the rest of their service, and, well, the fact that I haven't had to use it deserves a 10 on it's own. ;)

Relatively easy to use. Easy to block numbers (refuse spam faxes). Saved $10.00+ each month by porting fax phone number I had been using.
