SRFAX is very easy to use and has always delivered. It notifies you if the fax number is incorrect. It is a very useful tool in our office.

I am in transition from work to retirement with a few medical issues. This is awesome for those companies who insist on having something "faxed" instead of emailed. The only thing I wish was added is a "link" button between SRFAX and the confirmation email. Otherwise, I have to open up a URL and go to SRFAX that way. A whole 10 seconds, but it still would be nice. Everything else is well thought out and fantasticly professional and easy to use!

I got this to replace my fax machine that was costing too much and sometimes missed faxes from customers.
This is a great alternative for those paper faxes--I don't have to print them unless absolutely necessary!

I am trying this out as an alternative to paper faxes for environmental reasons and for portability. I find that my paper usage in my office is way down, since I only print necessary faxes. I love the ability to screen junk faxes so they don't consume paper or space in my email's inbox. I am a physician and find that having access to incoming faxes even when I am out of town has improved my ability to be responsive to my patients.

Easy to use, Reliable and Reasonable Price (couldn’t ask for more!). There are many companies providing similar service but I found no one even remotely close to the reliability SRFax offers. Different packages are available to accommodate different businesses. We have integrated this system into our inhouse built software. A simple module allowed us to email right from our desktop without switching any screens. We have already saved few trees by going paperless!

An excellent value, if you don't have a fax machine, or worse, a telephone line. Our POTS was so unreliable I kept it only for faxing, and then I dropped it because it was so completely unreliable. So SRFax is a godsend, because I can now fax from my email program. It works well, faxes get sent, I have copies, and I even have an inbound number to receive faxes 24x7. For the occasional faxer like me it's a perfect solution.

Almost perfect rating. It's price for the features is great. I thought fax machines were gone, only to find out when you need to fax where do you find one? Companies decided they still need the fax machines.I only Fax one to two times a month nice to have the SR Fax option.

I recently switched to Comcast triple play and then found out that fax machines are not guaranteed on a digital network. I searched high and low for a good solution and found SRFax to be an outstanding solution for a very good bargain. Highly recommend it! Does a superior job at a very reasonable price!

This is my first internet fax service, so I really have nothing to compare to other services. That said, I've both sent and received a number of faxes, and I'm completely pleased. On the outgoing side, I'm sure the recipient gets a cleaner incoming fax than from a physical fax machine. On the incoming side, I don't waste paper - I only print exactly what I want - and I love the ability to view incoming faxes on my iPad or laptop when I'm not in the office. Given that SRFax has an extremely reasonable pricing structure - my monthly fee is about 1/10 of the cost of a stand-alone fax line - I just don't see any downside, or any reason to recommend another faxing service.

I have been using SRFax for about one (1) month, and really like the email notification when a new fax arrives. Simple to use very happy with the product so far.

I tried many similar service in the past years for my business. This is a keeper. Just so simple,easy to use, no hoops and buts. If you are searching for fax service, don't waste your time. SRFax is the best.

Setting up the fax service was probably the easiest thing to accomplish when setting up my business. I have been using the service for 3 years without any problems. The customer support, on the rare occasions when needed were always easily accessible and helpful is resolving any issues. A great service and good value for your money.

Why haven't I done this for the past 8 years in business?

Easy to set up especially for multiple email addresses.
Very seamless, the hardest part was letting everyone know of the my new number.
Haven't needed customer support so it is really hard to quantify.

Just perused the new website and sent a fax on the new site. One word sums up my experience: Outstanding. No, two words: Absolutely outstanding!!! Well done SRFax!! I think MyFax and others should most definitely look over their shoulders!

SRFax has made it easier for me to communicate with my clients both at home and abroad. My international clients also appreciate the toll-free service through my 1-888 number. SRFax is easy to use and I haven't needed to contact support for any reason. I'm a very happy customer!
