SRFax Review Hot

I switched to SRFax from a dedicated fax machine. I should have done this years ago. It gives me the ability to work wherever I am, which is nice. Mostly I just send and receive a few faxes/month, and SRFax has been extremely reliable and extremely easy to use. I haven't streched the bounds of the features, but for a basic on-line fax, SRFax is excellent.

We have enjoyed using SRFax and have found it reliable.

As a business I have to have an inbound fax service for the occasional client who can't scan and email documents. I was using a much more expensive fax service, but they did not have a plan for a very low volume (less than 5 faxes a month) so I did some research and found SRFax which is perfect for my needs.

The service is simple to set up and use and I was able to get a toll free number as well!

I love everything about this service; however, I with there was a way to resend a fax, but just change the destination number (in the case when I need to send the same identical fax to another number).

SRFax is an inexpensive FAX online service. I have nothing bad to say about them. I recommend them highly.

Great service at a fair price. If you want a system that can fax and you do not have a fax machine that is supported on a VoIP network, I would highly recommend. Small business or home user, either is a great match for this service.

I've never had to use their customer support yet, but I gave them five stars for it anyway ;-)
SRFax is the Best internet fax service I've ever used! I was with myfax for years then I had to find something less expensive. SRFax has awesome plans too! Their interface is real user friendly. Also Adroid friendly. Love it!

Great service transmit's very fast and reasonably priced. I was able to disconnect my home phone which saves me 27.95 a month. Since I only need to fax a few time a month this save me around 15.00 a month. Thanks

A clarification: So far, I have only used it once, so my high rating reflects one flawless experience. Perhaps with more use it might change. More clarification: My reason for signing up was that, even as a very infrequent user, the cost was competitive with driving downtown and paying a buck a page for retail fax service. As long as the price stays low, I will remain signed up, just for occasional use

I have never had a problem with any of my faxes. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a great online fax provider! I love that I can review my sent faxes from my email.

The service is extremely easy to figure out and use, I love the confirmation emails in PDF format as well as the fact that I have backup copies of the PDF on my HDD from the faxes getting emailed to me, its very convenient. The support for any sort of basic documentation formats (the list is huge, I mostly upload Microsoft Office files as well as PDF, TIF, and MDI) any docs that would need faxing are all supported. It doesnt have alot of extra bells and whistles but if you're using this account for business as I am, it gets the job done and at a very competitive price! I havent needed to go to Customer Service yet so I cant give a rating in that area.

Bottom Line it just works! I send and receive over 2000 pages a month and since signing up to SRFAX I haven't had to think about it because it just works. This is the 4th faxing service I have used in the past 10 years and by far the best one. I love being able to send from my email and review the logs to see any pages sent or received. I would strongly recommend the service to anyone who needs a reliable fax.
