I've been trying out EchoSign for a couple weeks now and I think we are going to have to implement it in our business soon as our trial runs have truly seen an increase in productivity and turnaround. Our clients have liked it so much that some are thinking of using it as well!

I just have to send people the PDF and they can fill it out using Reader, which most of my clients are already used to using which means no extra explaining. I have one client that I have to get signatures from almost on a daily basis and Echosign has made a world of difference!!!!

I've never seen someone take a small concept like taking a signature be converted into such a well rounded out service covering almost anything you can think of... It definitely has sped up my workflow for my tech-able customers - but that's the catch. If you are working with an older customer or someone who's not quite as proficient with computers - telling them to sign the doc in their computer is a bit like telling someone to fuel the Discovery shuttle... they just look at you like huh???

But of course for those customers you can have Rightsignature just snail mail the doc to them. This is a relatively new technology of course so hopefully it will do what email did to snail mail and people will wonder how the hell they got signatures all this time!

I can then review them and if they are ready just send them out to be signed right from within the same page- it eliminates a whole extra step of having to send it back or tell my employee that it's good and ready to send - this has been very useful and made us more efficient than ever!

It makes me wonder how businesses used to get anything done before tools like this came around... Snail mail anyone? Ha!
